First Issues Collectors Club membership application.

 

Membership includes four issues of the FICC newsletter First Issues. Dues for members who receive the Newsletters electronically or who have United States mailing addresses are $10.00 per year. Rates for members with non-U.S. addresses who receive the Newsletters via postal mail are US$14.00 per year.
