Tim,  The only question I am left with now, Is my new #1a, perf 12.5 an original or a reprint?

The only help I can provide is fro Billig...

"Original: The background of the shield consists of irregular dots of different strength.  In the right part of the coat of arms there are 13 vertical lines over the eagles' heads.  There are 6 thin lines and one thick line in the center of the shield that do not touch the frame line.  There are 2 dots, one above the other, between the two claws of the lion.  The point of the cross over the crown touches the 2nd line of the background."

"Reprints:  The reprints are perforated 12.5.  The colors differ strongly from those of the originals.  All reprints are made from plate II.  The paper is white, the gum without color and smooth."

Thanks, Tim. 

The new perf 12.5 and my 5 previous perf 10.5 are all pretty consistent in having the 5 points mentioned by Billig. 

The next question is - Are all the perf 12.5's reprints?

Maybe there is a site of Bosnia collectors/specialists/experts somewhere on the internet.
